Nicola I am a business of one, consulting to other businesses on WHS and risk. So my commitment is to spread the word to businesses and challenge them to look deeper ar supporting neurodivergent workers without stigma.

1. I am going to update our hierarchy of controls to include information about neuro-inclusivity BRAIN 2. Audit one process through a neurodivergent lens. Ask: who does this disadvantage? I feel optimistic that I am doing a lot of what’s below and have incorporated that into my change management practices. An additional thing I will continue to do, is ask for feedback, ask how my actions are landing for people and continue to adjust where needed
